Mesin Penyambung Geomembrane HDPE

Prinsip penyambungan polymer / plastik HDPE adalah PANAS, TEKANAN, WAKTU dan PENDINGINAN. Ketiga faktor tersebut harus dimiliki pada saat kita melakukan penyambungan. Hal tersebut berlaku pada seluruh material yang terbuat dari HDPE, baik itu pipa HDPE, Fitting HDPE maupun geomembrane HDPE. Prinsip ini sering disebut sebagai METODA BUTT FUSION HDPE. Prinsip yang mendasarinya adalah DVS 2225/4 Guidelines.

Pada penyambungan geomembrane HDPE terdapat 2 cara pemanasan, yaitu dengan menyemburkan udara panas secara terus menerus atau dengan menempelkan geomembrane pada lempengan logam yang panas. Untuk yang menggunakan udara disebut sebagai HOT AIR WELDER, sedangkan yang menggunakan lempengan panas disebut HOT METAL WELDER.

Sedangkan jika dilihat dari bentuknya, penyambung geomembrane bisa dibagi menjadi EXTRUSION WELDER MACHINE (mesin senapan) dan WEDGE WELDER MACHINE (mesin kodok). Extrusion biasa dipakai untuk bagian pojok-pojok saja sedangkan mesin kodok dipakai untuk menjahit/menyambung lembaran yang memanjang.
